Shipping Coverage

Jacket Cult offers free shipping to the countries available at checkout. We do not charge a shipping fee. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included and may be payable by the customer under DDU terms.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking Activation

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all orders are considered final.
If an order cannot be cancelled, you may still request a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Delivery Exceptions and Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Attempt redelivery, or Leave your parcel at a local pickup point.

You will receive instructions on how to collect your order.
If delivery is refused, any return shipping costs or additional fees may be deducted from your refund.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be settled upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking your country’s import and customs regulations before placing your order. If you need help understanding these charges, our Customer Service Team is happy to assist.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments from Jacket Cult are fully insured.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@jacketcult.shop.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@jacketcult.shop within 24 hours of placing your order (or before it’s processed).
We will do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

2. Approval & Return Instructions:
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization before you ship the item.

3. Ship the Item:
Return instructions will be provided after approval. Please do not ship items without authorization.

Return Costs

Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer pays for return shipping.
Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for size, color, or item replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back your item.

Specific Scenarios

• Change of Mind / Cancellations: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed for dispatch. Once this period has passed, the return or exchange process must be followed.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@jacketcult.shop. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
• Item Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, check your tracking details first. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency no restocking fees apply to any returns or exchanges.
